Account Manager

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company. In the role of a Account Manager, you will play an integral role in spearheading specific client relationships and opportunities throughout their post-engagement sale process.

We are a completely remote, virtual company so you will be expected to work from home daily, with daily video and phone calls with team members and clients, however some paid travel will be required from time-to-time for industry events and meetings.


Reporting to the COO (but working collaboratively with all team members), you will be primarily involved in the following responsibilities:

  • Manage current engaged client relationships with weekly calls and updating them on their sales processes
  • Speaking with vetted buyers on specific opportunities of interest and providing factual information and desired follow ups
  • Working alongside Marketing to create marketing materials that best represent specific clients opportunities, both in the way of “hard materials” and “basic listings and descriptions”

Necessary Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of2year of full-time work experience in an intermediary type of role (residential or commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or business brokerage)
  • Excellent communication skills–both written and verbal
  • Friendly and excited demeanor
  • Desire to be an integral and crucial part of a growing and driven team and company

Bonus Skills (helpful, but not necessary)

  • Annual Salary: $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience level
    Bonus: Upwards of 150% of salary depending on Company and Team Performance

Solutions Associate

We are seeking a Solutions Associate to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company. In the role, you will work closely with CWA’s Leadership Team, our Chief Solutions Officer, and our inbound clientele and prospective clientele.

Thisis not an outbound sales role. This is not a sourcing role. This is not any of that. 

This role is not a high-pressure nor traditional quota based “high-pressure” type of ‘Sales’ role. This job is rather dealing with inbound clientele, will have no quota, and will win and lose with the team and company as a whole. Overall performance, and evaluation thereof, of the person holding this position willbe more so based off of avg. interaction rating by counterparty, not “closed sales” or anything of the sorts.


You will report directly to the Chief Solutions Officer in this position but will consistently and regularly interact with the entire CWA team.

  • Gather necessary qualifying data on inbound clientele
  • Organize discovery calls, conduct client demos
  • Deliver insightful reporting on pipeline trends, performance and growth
  • Demonstrate and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Leverage the latest automation tools, technologies, and other growthhacks
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our value proposition, the market, the solutions/servicesthe company can provide, and of the company’s competitors


  • Minimum of two or more years of client facing, sales, customer service or related type full time working role
  • Unwaveringly positive and bubbly personality
  • Adept at transitioning seamlessly from strategizing to implementation, which translates into tangible results.
  • The ability to manage your time and deliver results under limited supervision, particularly when balancing multiple projects and deadlines
  • The strongest of professional communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher by way of educational level

Compensation and Benefits

  • OTE (For Entire Company Basis) = $75k - $90k
  • Base Salary = $50k - $60k
  • OTE Bonus = $25k - $30k
