We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company. In the role of a Account Manager, you will play an integral role in spearheading specific client relationships and opportunities throughout their post-engagement sale process.
We are a completely remote, virtual company so you will be expected to work from home daily, with daily video and phone calls with team members and clients, however some paid travel will be required from time-to-time for industry events and meetings.
Reporting to the COO (but working collaboratively with all team members), you will be primarily involved in the following responsibilities:
We are seeking a Solutions Associate to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company. In the role, you will work closely with CWA’s Leadership Team, our Chief Solutions Officer, and our inbound clientele and prospective clientele.
Thisis not an outbound sales role. This is not a sourcing role. This is not any of that.
This role is not a high-pressure nor traditional quota based “high-pressure” type of ‘Sales’ role. This job is rather dealing with inbound clientele, will have no quota, and will win and lose with the team and company as a whole. Overall performance, and evaluation thereof, of the person holding this position willbe more so based off of avg. interaction rating by counterparty, not “closed sales” or anything of the sorts.
You will report directly to the Chief Solutions Officer in this position but will consistently and regularly interact with the entire CWA team.
