Car Wash Advisory was founded by and is led by Harry H. Caruso. Harry graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh University with dual degrees in Industrial Engineering and Finance.
Harry’s career started in Investment Banking at Citi. Harry then helped build what was a financial technology “startup” into a major corporation, do direct cross-capital structure investing at a $500MM hedge fund, and even bring a machine learning company through it’s most exciting stages of growth.

Colin is a graduate of Western University in Ontario, Canada, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Business.
Colin has been working in Investment Banking for 9 years primarily focused on valuations, raising equity and debt capital, and M&A transactions for clients across a diverse range of industries including aviation, restaurants and retail, real estate, consumer packaged goods, financial services and cannabis.
Colin now applies his corporate finance, capital markets and transaction execution experience to the car wash industry to help car wash entrepreneurs achieve their goals of selling or growing the business that they have worked so hard to build.
Eric started a small car wash and oil change chain in 1999. He built, expanded, operated, and sold the business to multiple national chains. With every consultation for Car Wash Advisory, Eric brings 20+ years of independent operator experience.
Before starting his own business, he was the Vice President of LCI, an RV component company, and a business systems consultant for a national accounting firm. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
His decades of experience building, expanding, and selling businesses in different environments will be an asset as you choose the best path forward for your company.
John-Michael applies his capital markets and entrepreneurial experience to execute diversified transactions, including M&A, equity, and debt financings. He has transaction experience across a range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, specialty manufacturing, cannabis, and software.
Prior to joining CWA, John-Michael worked at Capital Canada as an Investment Banking Associate, leading their M&A team through various niche transactions. He also spent a total of 5 years between Scotiabank in their Derivative Product Group and was a Consultant at Forum Equity Partners in their Private Equity Team.
He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with honours from Ryerson University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Finance, from the Schulich School of Business.
With a degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University, Brittany started her career in corporate finance as an internal auditor at Blue Buffalo, Company in Wilton, Connecticut.
She was then recruited by Sports Direct International where she began working with account funding and financial reporting but was quickly promoted to developing financial statements, including cash flow, P&L, liquid balance sheets as well as deep-dive analyses for forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
Brittany is the longest tenured employee at CWA and has played an integral part in many of the company’s successful transactions, affording her a rich understanding of M&A within the car wash industry.
Zach is a successful entrepreneur who had to climb the ladder in his family’s convenience store business from stock boy to store manager. In 2000, his family diversified by purchasing a self-serve wash and Zach parlayed their modest investment into a chain of successful In Bay Automatics.
While running his IBA’s, Zach convinced repair professionals to teach him rather than fix his equipment. Learning that part of the trade allowed him to join forces with Autec to help other IBA owner-operators in southern Louisiana keep their equipment running smoothly.
Zach credits his success to the fact that he makes his phone number available to everyone – especially his customers, ensuring open lines of communication and the ability to quickly respond to feedback and constantly improve.
Amanda is the co-owner and operating partner of Zip-N Car Wash. Amanda's career in car washing was made possible due to her experience in the medical field. In 2012, Amanda graduated with a degree in nursing from Lafayette General. There she shaped many lived and played a critical role in caring for the public's well-being. Amanda's always wanted to give back to the community and help people; combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, she quickly found herself at home in the car wash industry. Her career in nursing meant she was never afraid to get her hands dirty, whether that meant washing cars, picking up trash, maintaining the pay station, or fixing the mechanics Amanda was always quick to volunteer. We welcome Amanda in joining the Car Wash Advisory team, as her service oriented demeanor is a natural fit in an industry that thrives on customer service.
Robin graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Global Leadership, and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Eastern Washington University.
Prior to joining Car Wash Advisory, Robin worked in customer-facing roles that reinforced her problem solving and adaptability skills before transitioning into banking and finance, where she gained consulting experience. She is driven by fostering genuine, productive relationships with clients while keeping their interests at the core and heart of her work.
In true Pacific Northwest fashion, Robin enjoys outdoor recreation in her off-time. Hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding are some of her favorites.
Damien graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of San Diego and has a Data Analytics Certificate from Google.
Through his various job roles and entrepreneurial spirit--- he brings to the table a vast arsenal of skills from accounting and finance to marketing, operations, sales, and data analysis. He learned these skills due to his drive towards helping others by any means possible.
Before joining the Car Wash Advisory Team, Damien focused on non-profit and community work where he acted as a lead analyst tracking, gathering, and analyzing performance data from various food pantries in San Diego County during the Covid-19 pandemic.
As the youngest of seven siblings and the first to get a four-year degree, Damien aims to provide value and great work ethic to any project he is a part of while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Toni is originally from Tampa, Florida, but grew up in North Carolina. Her education is in Communications and Language Arts, with a certification in Radio & Television Broadcasting.
She has extensive experience in Marketing and Advertising, focusing on brand building and the success of our clients.
When not working, she loves spending time with her family, music, classic movies and classic cars.
Landon brings with him intensive investment sales experience, specifically in the car wash space having worked for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Dallas, Texas, underwriting car wash investment properties, both NNN and owner/operator locations and creating detailed financial and marketing packages for clients and working closely with buyers to complete the transaction. Landon holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
