Magnolia completed the acquisition of all 5 Surf’s Up Car Wash sites in October of 2021.
All sites are located in and around the Chattanooga, TN area.
Chief Financial Officer, Kyle Poyer, stated that Magnolia is very excited to enter the Chattanooga, TN, market and is thrilled to welcome their new teammates from the Volunteer State.
Market Significance
This acquisition brought Magnolia to 41 operating locations across 6 different states (FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, and VA).
