Secolo Land Development Co of Portland, Oregon has purchased Octopus Car Wash and will operate them as Blue Whale Car Wash.
The portfolio was purchased for a disclosed selling price of $15.4M or approximately $3.85M per site. This establishes the continuing persistence of private equity firms entering the car wash space and their ability to close on deals that fit their criteria.
