Transaction Coordinator

We are currently looking for a part-time team member to join our fast moving and ever-growing company. This individual will be an integral part of the team as the first point of contact for our company. You will also take the lead on multi-party processes with and between our clients, counterparties, and third parties. Our client’s experience is important to us at CWA, and the Transaction Coordinator will have an immediate impact on all pre existing and future client relationships. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role

ROLE

This person has exceptional communication and organization skills in which they will use to create and own buyer and seller relationships, company processes and procedures, company and services conveyance, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Orchestrate and take the administrative lead on multi-party processes with and between both clients, counterparties, and third parties
  • Coordinate and communicate progress updates to all parties involved throughout processes and projects
  • Deadline and calendar management, coordination and communication
  • Identification of, communication of, and leading the solving of bottlenecks in multi-party processes and transaction on an ongoing basis
  • Maintaining records and reporting
  • Maintain a pulse on and communicate statuses on multiple projects and processes at a time
  • Answer inbound calls, screen, and direct calls accordingly to ensure seamless day-to-day operations as the first line of contact
  • Take accurate and detailed messages from clients and route to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain and record all incoming and outgoing calls accurately using our tracking system

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong desire to take the lead on and be accountable for facilitation of processes and projects
  • Previous experience handling inbound communication in a professional manner
  • Communicates clearly and effectively (both oral and written) with clients, team members, etc.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
  • Punctual with schedule and provide timely responses to clients and agents
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and on a small close-knit team
  • Strong teammate that works well with various functions across the organization
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Desire and drive to take on increased responsibility and grow career quickly
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Financial Analyst

We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company. In the role of an Analyst, you will play an integral role in assisting our Vice President across a range of sell-side M&A transactions, but also potential exposure and involvement in equity and debt financings, and valuations.

We are a completely remote, virtual company so you will be expected to work from home daily, with daily video and phone calls with team members and clients, however some paid travel will be required from time-to-time for industry events and meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Vice President (but working collaboratively with all team members), you will be primarily involved in the development phase of the transaction lifecycle we work on, including the following responsibilities:

  • Financial statement review, organization and analysis
  • Prepare written documents and presentations, including proposals, pitch books, marketing documents, and 1-page investment overviews
  • Maintaining contacts and update data in our CRM platform
  • Participation in calls and meetings with clients, buyers, investors and other stakeholders
  • Transaction execution including tracking and managing numerous potential buyers, coordinating and sending documents, scheduling calls and meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Participation in calls and meetings with clients, buyers, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Assisting the VP with various AD hoc tasks + other duties assigned

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience in investment banking, commercial banking, private equity or commercial real estate is a plus but not a requirement
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to effectively work on numerous transactions at any given time
  • Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders in other line of business.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independentlym

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company. As the Marketing Manager you will directly report to the CEO and will manage our omnichannel marketing approach, with discretion over a $50 - $100k monthly marketing budget. Under your management will be both internal and external third party resources (and agencies) spanning the entirety of our multi-faceted marketing approach.

We are a completely remote, virtual company so you will be expected to work from home daily, with daily video and phone calls with team members and clients, however some paid travel will be required from time-to-time for industry events and meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will report directly to the CEO but will also collaborate with all team members. You will be responsible for, accountable for, and given ample freedom and autonomy to manage, implement, iterate, and experiment with our entire company’s multi-marketing channel approach. Specific responsibilities will be:

  • Measurement, reporting, and decisioning based on competing and omni-channel customer-acquisition-costs and other marketing KPI’s
  • PPC / Adwords – Strategy and management w/ significant budget and external agency resources
  • Direct Marketing – Implementation of, strategy of, and ongoing management and experimentation with
  • Overseeing and managing (although not coding) creative, landing pages, approach, and strategic structuring and positioning of Company website with full stack development firm resources under you
  • Sales Development Representative agency active management
  • Owning the entire company CRM (currently using HubSpot) – including the connecting of and integration with all marketing strategy data sources and ensuring usable and meaningful fidelity throughout
  • Actively participating in strategic company vision and decisioning as an integral part of the Leadership Team

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to effectively work on numerous transactions at any given time
  • Ability to manage multiple direct reports (both external agencies and internal team resources)
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and the most efficient practical implementation of such while utilizing and accounting for multiple disparate uses and inbound sources
  • Quantitative understanding to calculate and meaningful understand, interpret, and convey numerical marketing focused KPI’s and to draw conclusions and recommended actions from such
  • Ability to incorporate a higher level understanding of marketing results, implications, and how such should be used to drive the company forward via production of tangible and measurable results
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
